Woman disrupts Bugis restaurants, claims to be 'God', stops traffic

A woman has been causing disturbances along Liang Seah Street in Bugis, allegedly harassing staff at nearly 20 restaurants. She reportedly claimed to be 'God', refused to pay bills, and once stopped a car by leaning on its bonnet. Police have been called at least once, and the woman was last seen on Aug. 26.
