Pesta Igal-Igal in Semporna to empower Bajau community through tourism
A community-led initiative called Pesta Igal-Igal has been developed in Semporna to address environmental degradation and promote local cultural heritage in the marine tourism sector. The project, a collaboration between Kopsi and NGO Future Alam Borneo, aims to involve the Bajau community in marine stewardship and experiential tourism.
