Four areas in Sarawak record very unhealthy API, Kuching highest at 261
As of 3pm, four areas in Sarawak recorded very unhealthy Air Pollutant Index (API) readings, with Kuching recording the highest at 261. The Department of Environment reported 23 other areas in Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak also recorded unhealthy API readings, due to hotspots in Kalimantan and Sumatra.
