PRG Agro receives RM8.13m statutory demand from shareholder Ng Yan Cheng
PRG Holdings' subsidiary, PRG Agro, has received a statutory demand from major shareholder Ng Yan Cheng for RM8.13 million in outstanding advances. The demand follows a winding-up petition against PRG Holdings and comes while the company is under interim judicial management.
