Man's body found in septic tank in Nibong Tebal, hands and feet bound

The body of a man in his 50s was discovered in a septic tank behind a single-storey terrace house in Taman Seri Bistari, Nibong Tebal, Penang. Police believe he was murdered as his hands and feet were tied. Investigations also involve the transfer of RM30,000 from the victim's account to a bank in Myanmar.
