TSH Resources buys back 2.09 million shares for RM3.07 million
TSH Resources Berhad bought back 2,090,000 of its own shares between 28 August and 9 September 2026 at prices between RM1.32 and RM1.56, paying RM3,065,435.34 in total. All the shares were retained as treasury shares, bringing its treasury holdings to 52,687,900 units. The notice was lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 10 September 2026.
