KBS prioritises safety of Malaysian contingent in Nagoya
The Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) is prioritising the safety, health and well-being of the national contingent following severe flooding in Nagoya, Japan, ahead of the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. Youth and Sports Minister Dr Mohammed Taufiq Johari said the ministry is in constant contact with the Japanese government and organisers, and the situation in Nagoya is reported to be under control. KBS has also prepared SOPs and an action plan for any eventuality.
