Selangor emerged overall champion of Para SUKMA 2026 in Shah Alam with 200 medals, including 93 golds, surpassing its initial target of 60 golds. Sabah was runner-up with 69 golds while Sarawak finished third with 52 golds. Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari hoped the national para athletes will continue to excel up to the Paralympic level.
