China women lose 61-90 to France, out of World Cup quarter-finals
At the women's basketball World Cup in Berlin, China lost 61-90 to France in the quarter-finals and missed the semi-finals. France fielded several current WNBA players and a core from their Paris Olympics silver-medal squad. With China out, all Asian teams have exited the tournament.
