Bedi Berhad proposes RM38.87mil acquisitions of Sejati Sentral Sandakan and FYT Land KK

Bedi Berhad has issued a circular to shareholders covering proposed acquisitions of 100% equity in Sejati Sentral (Sandakan) Sdn Bhd for about RM17.00 million and FYT Land (KK) Sdn Bhd for about RM21.87 million, both from Bedi Development Sdn Bhd. The circular also includes an independent advice letter from Mainstreet Advisers and proposed new and conditional shareholders' mandates for recurrent related party transactions. The announcement was made on 11 September 2026.
