Nik Abduh: Zahid's speech gives confidence Islamic unity will succeed

PAS central working committee member Nik Mohamad Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz said Umno president Zahid Hamidi's policy speech at the 2026 Umno general assembly at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur was a convincing sign that efforts to unite Muslims can be realised. He said PAS and Umno are now preparing to head to Putrajaya, and that the presence of PAS leaders at the assembly shows ties between the two parties are opening up.
