IHH stands by Fortis loss claim, respects Tokyo court ruling
IHH Healthcare maintains it suffered losses from delays in securing mandatory tender offer approvals for its 2018 acquisition of Fortis Healthcare, delays it blames on the dispute between Daiichi Sankyo and its judgment debtors. Its subsidiary Northern TK Venture is reviewing the Tokyo District Court's Sept 10 judgment dismissing its claims against Daiichi Sankyo and will weigh its legal options.
