Dialysis patient airlifted to Miri after Long Lellang helicopter crash closes STOLport
A helicopter crash near Long Lellang in Sarawak killed four medical personnel and a pilot and forced the closure of the Long Lellang STOLport. Dialysis patient Renai Iwat, who needs treatment three times a week, was airlifted by a Bomba helicopter to Miri Hospital on Sept 10 after her family sought help from state authorities.
