Prison Department denies special treatment in Peter Anthony's release
The Prisons Department has denied claims of differing treatment in the release of former Sabah Infrastructure Minister Datuk Peter Anthony under the Licensed Prisoner Release Programme. It said Peter remains under supervision while serving the rest of his sentence in the community, and that a prisoner's status is not a criterion for eligibility.
