Police: Malaysia's location makes it a drug transit hub

Bukit Aman narcotics chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan says Malaysia's proximity to the Golden Triangle and its road, air and sea links let syndicates use the country as a drug transit and processing hub. He was commenting on the recent bust of a drug lab in Puncak Alam with RM2.4 billion in seizures, and on Malaysians arrested with drugs at airports abroad.
