Jeffrey Kitingan urges decisive action on Sabah's 40 per cent entitlement
STARSabah president Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Jeffrey Kitingan has called for decisive leadership at federal and state levels to resolve Sabah's long-standing 40 per cent net revenue entitlement. He said the entitlement under Article 112C and the Tenth Schedule is a binding constitutional obligation, not charity, and that the RM1.5 billion interim grant for 2026 must not be treated as a final settlement.
