Werro beats Hodgkinson to win first Ultimate Championship 800m gold in Budapest
Audrey Werro of Switzerland won the inaugural World Athletics Ultimate Championship women's 800m in Budapest on Saturday, leading from start to finish in 1:55.88. Britain's Keely Hodgkinson took silver in 1:56.26 and Femke Broeders-Bol of the Netherlands was third. Werro collected $150,000 from the event's $10 million prize pot.
