BRICS adopts New Delhi Declaration, urges Gaza ceasefire be maintained
BRICS leaders adopted the New Delhi Declaration at their 18th summit in New Delhi, calling for the Gaza ceasefire to be maintained and humanitarian aid to flow without obstruction. The declaration rejected forced displacement of Palestinians and backed a two-state solution. It also urged reform of the UN, IMF and WTO to give developing countries a bigger voice.
