Merchant ship attacked in Strait of Hormuz, one dead three injured

A merchant ship was attacked around 5am Sunday in waters near Hengam and Qeshm islands in the Strait of Hormuz, killing one crew member and injuring three others. The governor of Qeshm said the cause was not yet known, while United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations reported the vessel was hit by an unidentified object and caught fire.
