Jamil Khir claims trial to three charges over RM860.3m in Tabung Haji funds
Former minister Jamil Khir Baharom claimed trial at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex to three charges of dishonestly causing Lembaga Tabung Haji to dispose of RM860.3 million to a Saudi-linked company. The alleged offences took place at his Putrajaya office between 2015 and 2017. Bail was set at RM300,000 with one surety, his passport surrendered, and the case fixed for mention on Nov 5.
