Yes Group Management Bhd has secured Bursa Malaysia Securities approval to list on the ACE Market, with an IPO of 137.8 million shares. The MICE specialist behind Yes Travel plans to use proceeds for ground transport expansion in Europe, a UK regional office, and Yes Academy.
