Singapore's 24-hour PSI in the central region rose to 102 at noon on Monday, returning to the unhealthy range after four days of moderate readings. NEA said smoke plumes from fires in southern Sumatra and Kalimantan were still being detected, with dry conditions raising the risk of haze here.
