86% of Malaysians weigh green features when buying a home, study finds

A PropertyGuru Malaysia study found that 86% of Malaysians consider sustainable features important when buying or renting a home, and 78% factor in climate risks such as flooding and landslides. The findings were highlighted at a PropertyGuru event in Semenyih.
