Tan Chong unit signs 3-year deal with Perodua for Serendah EV assembly services
Tan Chong Motor Assemblies has signed a three-year agreement with Perodua Sales to provide coating, painting and assembly line services for Perodua's battery electric vehicle project in Serendah. The deal, which began June 1, includes an option to extend for two more years and is expected to contribute to Tan Chong's earnings from the 2026 financial year.
