Hii Capital holds 52.94% of ASteel, offers 7.5 sen per share
Hii Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd has launched an unconditional mandatory takeover offer for the remaining shares in ASteel Group Bhd at 7.5 sen per share after acquiring a 52.94% controlling stake. Shareholders have until 5 October 2026 to accept the offer.
