Pioneer Heat posts RM2.83m PAT ahead of ACE Market listing
Pioneer Heat Holdings Bhd recorded a profit after tax of RM2.83 million for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, on revenue of RM29.65 million, as it prepares to list on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market on Sept 17, 2026. The group expects to raise RM21.68 million from its public issue, with proceeds going to a new Sendayan headquarters, a Sarawak office, machinery and working capital.
