Former minister Jamil Khir charged over RM860.3m Tabung Haji assets

In Kuala Lumpur, former Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Jamil Khir Baharom was charged in the Sessions Court with three counts of dishonestly transferring over RM860.3 million in Tabung Haji assets. The 65-year-old pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. The judge set bail at RM300,000 and postponed the case to November 5.
