Rural Miri residents welcome Sarawak's proposed development agency

Residents of rural and fringe Miri have welcomed the Sarawak government's proposal for a dedicated development agency for the area. They hope it will focus on roads, water, electricity, drainage, health facilities and business amenities in places such as Lambir.
