RTX Pro 6000 survives 12VHPWR meltdown, ASRock PSU destroyed
A PC repair technician on Reddit reported that a customer's NVIDIA RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell survived a 12VHPWR cable meltdown, but the ASRock Taichi TC-1650T power supply it was connected to was destroyed. Both cable ends were fully seated, and the GPU retails for about RM82,999 in Malaysia. It is reportedly not the first failure involving this GPU and PSU combination.
