Woman sues Sheng Siong over trolley of rice bags hitting her foot

A woman who was shopping at a Sheng Siong supermarket says an employee pushed a trolley loaded with rice bags into her left foot and back, leaving bruises, swelling and heel injuries. She is seeking about S$11,000 in medical and transport costs, but the supermarket denies negligence and says she walked into the cart. The case is being heard in the State Courts.
