Singapore urges respect for IAEA's seven pillars of nuclear safety

Singapore's Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Grace Fu, raised Singapore's concerns over the nuclear safety impact of conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East and North Korea's nuclear programme. Speaking at the 70th IAEA General Conference in Vienna, Austria on 14 September, she urged all parties to respect the agency's 'Seven Indispensable Pillars' of nuclear safety.
