LTA allows heavy vehicles to park overnight at private non-residential premises from 15 Sep

Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) announced that from 15 September, heavy vehicle owners may park overnight at private non-residential premises such as industrial facilities, registered worksites and commercial properties, with the premises owner's permission. The move expands the existing Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) scheme to ease operations for heavy vehicle operators struggling to secure parking lots. Parking on public roads and in residential estates remains prohibited.
