DFO Management and Sequence to take Baldwin private in $7.7bn buyout
DFO Management and Sequence Holdings agreed to buy Baldwin Group for $7.7 billion, offering $32.50 per share. The deal, aimed at funding AI investments, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
