Kuching court fines caregiver RM5,000 for injuring autistic girl
A 51-year-old woman was fined RM5,000 by the Sessions Court in Kuching for abusing a five-year-old autistic girl under her care. The offence occurred at a rehabilitation centre in Kuching in May 2025, and the court also ordered her to serve 100 hours of community service and be of good behaviour for three years.
