Alor Setar High Court rejects GISBH challenge against Kedah fatwa
The Alor Setar High Court dismissed an application by GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd and its CEO Nasiruddin Ali to challenge a Kedah fatwa declaring GISBH a deviant teachings organisation.
