Ex-KPTM Ipoh administrator faces six charges over female students
A former administrator of Kolej Poly-Tech Mara (KPTM) in Ipoh was charged in court with six offences involving alleged criminal force against two female students and obscene words against four others. Roykarnaen Maseri, 44, pleaded not guilty to all charges, which were allegedly committed at the college and other locations in Ipoh between June and August. The court set bail at RM8,000.

Woman arrested for allegedly pulling hair, shaking toddler at Kuantan daycare

Delivery man charged with six counts of mismatched QR code payment fraud
A 26-year-old delivery man was charged at the Kuantan Magistrate's Court with six counts of deceiving two individuals by showing mismatched QR code payment transactions. Mohammad Ruzaini Ruzi pleaded not guilty and was granted bail of RM12,000. The case is set for mention on September 25.

Kuantan High Court upholds MMEA officer's conviction for RM28,000 bribe
The Kuantan High Court has upheld the conviction and six-month jail sentence of a senior Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency officer, Sulhan Zainon, for receiving RM28,000 from a shipping company director. Judicial Commissioner Samry Masri ruled the conviction under Section 165 of the Penal Code was safe, dismissing the officer's claim that the money was a friendly loan.
