Court upholds conviction, jail term of senior MMEA officer over RM28,000 'friendly loan'
The Kuantan High Court upheld the conviction and six-month jail sentence of senior MMEA officer Sulhan Zainon for receiving RM28,000 from a shipping company director. The court dismissed his claim that the money was a friendly loan.
