Police await blood test results of lorry driver in fatal LPT 1 crash
Temerloh district police are awaiting blood test results of the cement tanker driver involved in an 11-vehicle accident at KM 110.4 of the LPT 1 highway in Lanchang, Temerloh on August 31. The crash killed four people, including a family of three. The 52-year-old driver is still being treated at Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Hospital (HoSHAH), Temerloh.

Pahang royals urge heat precautions after UiTM student dies following campus run
The Sultan and Tengku Ampuan of Pahang have advised the public to take precautions against hot weather after a UiTM student died. The student collapsed during an endurance challenge at the UiTM Jengka campus on Sept 4 and died in a Temerloh hospital. The royal couple also conveyed condolences and prayed for the recovery of other affected participants.
