Centurion Corp to buy RM214.5m worker housing complex in Pasir Gudang
Singapore-listed Centurion Corp has agreed to buy a 7,974-bed purpose-built worker accommodation complex in Pasir Gudang, Johor, for RM214.5 million. The deal will increase the group's Malaysian bed capacity by 22% to 43,980 beds and is expected to complete by April 2027.
