L'Oréal Malaysia held its first House of Beauty creator commerce festival at Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur from Sept 7 to 8, involving 13 brands and over 700 creators. The event, supported by Meta and Shopee, aims to strengthen the company's presence in Malaysia's social and e-commerce ecosystem. L'Oréal cited research showing 82% of Malaysian consumers shop for beauty products online.

Selangor tech convention rebranded as AiSEM@Selangor, set for Oct 14-17 at KLCC
Selangor's flagship technology convention, formerly SDEC, has been rebranded as AiSEM@Selangor, the AI & Semiconductor Summit. The 11th edition will be held from Oct 14-17 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, as part of SIBS 2026.
