Meluan assemblyman Dato Rolland Duat Jubin has called for urgent attention to upgrade a dilapidated pedestrian bridge connecting SK Nanga Entaih and Rumah Marthin in Pakan. He will raise the matter with the Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR). He also officiated a RM200,000 project to upgrade the floor and tiles at Rumah Marthin, completed mid-year.

All outdoor activities in the district have been ordered postponed, and the district disaster management team is on standby.
