Two properties owned by wholly owned subsidiaries of Country Heights Holdings Bhd are set for judicial auctions with combined reserve prices of RM207.77 million. The larger asset, Mines Waterfront Business Park in Petaling, Selangor, carries a RM152.77 million reserve and is due for auction on Nov 4, while a 6.41-acre commercial parcel in Country Heights, Kajang, will be auctioned on Sept 21 with a RM55 million reserve.

His lawyer said the application for a further three days under Section 420 of the Penal Code was rejected, and Azeez is due out before 5pm.
