1. APC Guardian and STR bolster Malaysia-Thailand border crime control

   The General Operations Force (PGA) is deploying APC Guardian armored vehicles and Surveillance Thermal Radar (STR) in the Ops Taring Wawasan Kelantan operation since August 26 to strengthen border control along the Malaysia-Thailand border. The assets are focused on sectors including Jeram Perdah, Rantau Panjang, and Pengkalan Kubor, particularly along Sungai Golok, to deter smuggling and cross-border crime.
