LFE Engineering wins RM13.3m electrical subcontract for Ara Damansara project
LFE Corporation's subsidiary, LFE Engineering, has accepted a RM13.3 million subcontract for electrical and extra-low voltage works at a commercial redevelopment project in Ara Damansara, Selangor. The 27-month contract, awarded by Pembinaan Bina Bumi, is scheduled to run from December 2025 to March 2028.

UK's Goldsboro Books opens first overseas store at Sunway Square Mall
London-based Goldsboro Books has opened its first permanent store outside the UK at The Library by BookXcess in Sunway Square Mall, Selangor. The 140 sq ft Goldsboro Room, which opened on Aug 27, operates 24 hours and houses about 2,500 signed and collectible titles. The partnership with BookXcess aims to make these editions more accessible to Malaysian readers.

Mother of former senator Ras Adiba Radzi dies in Petaling Jaya
Siti Sariah Abu, the 81-year-old mother of former senator and Bernama chairman Ras Adiba Radzi, died at her home in Section 16, Petaling Jaya. She passed away peacefully while sitting at home at around 5.20pm. The funeral is expected to take place at the Bukit Kiara Muslim Cemetery tomorrow morning.
