Selangor FC advises children to skip tonight's match due to haze
Selangor FC has advised children not to attend their Super League match against Melaka FC at the MBPJ Stadium in Petaling Jaya tonight. The decision was made due to the Air Pollutant Index (API) reading in the area, which was 172 at 3pm and expected to drop to around 159 by 7pm.

Haze with API of 169 postpones four Para SUKMA Selangor events
Four Para SUKMA Selangor 2026 events scheduled for today were postponed due to an unhealthy Air Pollutant Index (API) reading of 169 in Shah Alam and Klang. The postponed events include Para Athletics at UiTM Stadium, Para Swimming at the Selangor Aquatic Complex, Para Archery at KOMBES and Lawn Bowls at Bayuemas, Klang.

PJ Half Marathon cancelled over unhealthy haze, organiser says
The Petaling Jaya Half Marathon, scheduled for tomorrow with 10,000 participants, has been cancelled due to unhealthy Air Pollutant Index readings. Organisers cited the health and well-being of runners, volunteers and crew for the decision, though registered runners may still join an optional 5km route. The event was to start at Laman MBPJ in Petaling Jaya.

32 houses damaged by storm
A storm in Kampung Bukit Kapar, Klang, damaged 32 houses yesterday afternoon. The fire department reported no injuries and conducted monitoring operations.
