'Ultraman' detained near main stage ahead of Sultan Nazrin's arrival at Perak National Day celebration, says state police chief

A man dressed as Ultraman was detained near the main stage at Perak's National Day celebration in Ipoh after police found his behavior suspicious. Police chief Mohd Alwi Zainal Abidin said the man had a psychiatric history and was referred to Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta.
