Haze: Cloud seeding to be carried out in Sarawak, Kedah, Perlis
The National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) will conduct cloud seeding operations in Sarawak, Kedah, and Perlis from September 3 to 5 to combat worsening haze, particularly in Sarawak where air pollutant index readings have reached hazardous levels. The operation, coordinated with MetMalaysia and the Royal Malaysian Air Force, targets eight locations in Sarawak and dams in Kedah and Perlis.
