RM359,122 compensation for boy injured due to negligent circumcision procedure

A Malaysian court ordered a private clinic in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu, to pay RM359,122.90 in damages to a boy who suffered serious injuries due to negligent circumcision procedure. The court found the clinic negligent, causing the boy to lose most of his penile skin and require skin graft surgery. The judge ruled that the clinic failed to provide a reasonable explanation for the injuries.
