Eastspring joins parent Prudential as Ranhill substantial shareholder
Eastspring Investments Bhd has become a substantial shareholder of Ranhill Utilities Bhd after acquiring shares, following its parent company Prudential plc crossing the five percent threshold. The filing with Bursa Malaysia shows Eastspring's direct stake is now 5.084 percent.
