13 nabbed over attack on duo mistaken for gang members

Thirteen people were arrested in Penang for slashing two men outside a Chinese school in Air Itam on Aug 30, after mistaking them for gang members due to their blue clothing. The victims were returning from a religious ceremony and suffered serious injuries but are in stable condition. Police are investigating under sections for grievous hurt and rioting.
